Kikkoman Soy Sauce is a delicious seasoning made with just four pure ingredients - soybeans, wheat, salt and water. Its naturally brewed (fermented) over several months to develop a richer flavour and aroma. Kikkoman Soy Sauce is a very handy store-cupboard ingredient as you can use it in lots of ways. Add to stir-fries, soups, stews, shepherds pie and salad dressings instead of using salt. The clever ""control hole"" in the cap allows you to choose how fast the soy sauce comes out.
